UPCOMING WORK

CBG Building Company continues to go vertical with the new structure and expects to top out in the summer of 2025. Follow-on work, including exterior framing and facade, will commence in early 2025.

Wet and dry utilities are substantially complete, while traffic signalization relocation work is ongoing.
